What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing machine learning models for on-device applications across various Apple platforms. You will work closely with the On-Device Machine Learning team to transform groundbreaking research into practical applications, ensuring that AI models run efficiently and privately on Apple devices. Your work will involve onboarding innovative architectures to embedded systems and developing optimization toolkits for model compression and acceleration.

You will also be tasked with building ML compilers and runtimes that facilitate efficient execution of machine learning models. This includes creating comprehensive benchmarking and debugging toolchains that support the overall Apple Intelligence ecosystem. Your contributions will directly impact how machine learning operates across core experiences such as Camera, Siri, and Health, enhancing the user experience for billions of Apple device users.
