What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative display modules that will be integrated into Apple's future products. You will collaborate with the system team to define interfaces, fit, and assembly features, ensuring that all mechanical designs are robust and perform exceptionally. Your work will involve mechanical design optimization, where you will prototype new materials and qualify them for manufacturing processes. You will also conduct audits of factories to ensure that manufacturing and assembly processes meet Apple's high standards for quality and yield.

You will define and implement validation plans for mechanical characteristics of display modules, utilizing scientific methods to ensure that all designs meet performance criteria. Your role will require you to drive failure analyses for any engineering issues, ensuring that corrective actions are taken to maintain the integrity of the designs. You will be a key player in the Display Technologies group, contributing to the creation of next-generation technologies that enhance user experiences across Apple's product lineup.
