Who you are

Currently enrolled in your penultimate year of studies in a Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field — you are eager to tackle challenges in modeling and simulation. You possess a strong foundation in circuit design and are familiar with mixed-signal circuits, including SerDes and PLLs. Your academic background has equipped you with the skills to develop and verify models against circuit-level simulations. You are comfortable using programming languages like MATLAB and Python to enhance your modeling capabilities.

You have a creative mindset and enjoy collaborating with system architects and designers to understand circuit specifications and performance requirements. Your attention to detail ensures that you create clear and comprehensive documentation for the developed models, including specifications and usage guidelines. You are motivated to contribute to the development of modeling methodologies and best practices that enhance efficiency and accuracy in circuit modeling.

Desirable

Experience with LLM technologies is a plus, as it can accelerate model and software framework development. Familiarity with automation tools will also be beneficial in optimizing and refining models for efficient simulation performance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing accurate behavioral and electrical models for mixed-signal circuits. You will verify the performance and accuracy of the developed models against circuit-level simulations and measurements, ensuring that they meet the required specifications. You will collaborate closely with system architects and designers to understand the design intent and performance requirements of the circuits you are modeling.

Your work will involve optimizing and refining models to ensure accuracy while maintaining efficient simulation performance. You will contribute to the development of modeling methodologies and best practices, enhancing the overall efficiency of the modeling process.
