What you'll do

You will play a pivotal role in the Tech Refresh initiative, focusing on upgrading and optimizing network infrastructure. This includes working with Agentic AI to automate processes and improve efficiencies. You will also be involved in troubleshooting network issues and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring network performance, conducting regular assessments, and recommending improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align network strategies with business goals and ensure that the infrastructure supports Apple's evolving needs.
