Who you are

You have over 10 years of hands-on semiconductor experience, with a strong background in managing operations within a clean room environment. Your expertise includes planning and executing product development and prototyping device builds, ensuring that all processes meet industry standards for safety and efficiency. You possess a B.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields, and you are well-versed in failure analysis and data analysis tools. Your critical analysis and statistical reasoning skills enable you to drive improvements in semiconductor processes effectively.

With at least 5 years of senior management experience in a clean room-based R&D or pilot production environment, you excel in leading teams and fostering a culture of innovation and precision. You are adept at managing multiple shifts of operators and ensuring that all experiments are implemented according to plan. Your ability to analyze data accurately and implement statistically designed experiments is a key asset in your role.

Desirable

A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred, as is experience with advanced data analysis tools such as JMP and Stat-Ease. You are familiar with MOCVD, lithography, etch, thin films, wet chemistry, metrology, CMP, and bonding process equipment, which are essential for semiconductor device manufacturing. Your leadership style encourages collaboration and continuous improvement, making you a valuable asset to any team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the operations team responsible for the development of world-class semiconductor devices and processes. You will oversee the planning and execution of next-generation product development, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Your leadership will drive an industry-leading safety culture, and you will be accountable for the performance of multiple shifts of operators running complex semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

You will ensure that experiments are conducted according to established protocols, and you will analyze data to derive insights that inform future development efforts. Your role will involve close collaboration with engineering teams to refine processes and enhance product quality. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the operations team.
