Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in program or project management. Your background includes managing SoC or leading-edge semiconductor manufacturing, and you have at least 7 years of experience in leadership roles with direct reports and cross-functional teams. You possess a deep understanding of foundry and OSAT suppliers, particularly in the context of Mobile SoCs or consumer product applications. Your ability to bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and business operations is a key strength, allowing you to manage suppliers effectively and unite various teams toward common goals.

You excel in stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, which are essential for leading initiatives that improve organizational health and cross-functional collaboration. You understand mobile SoC development flows and manufacturing processes for Foundry, Die Prep, Assembly, and Test, and you are adept at resolving conflicts in a matrixed global organization. You are committed to creating opportunities for everyone and believe that a problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all.

What you'll do

As a Senior Production and Planning Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. Your role involves coordinating with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You will drive all people management aspects, from recruiting to mentorship, nurturing an accountable culture within your team. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to orchestrate and align material readiness for mass production, as well as developing resolutions for any supply gaps that may arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining a single source of truth for all supply deliverables, ensuring that all teams are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
