What you'll do

In this role, you will work across the Wallet, Payments, and Commerce Engineering organization to develop and deliver employee engagement initiatives. You will lead internal communications and support special projects that have a broad strategic impact. Your responsibilities will include crafting communication strategies that resonate with employees and enhance their engagement levels. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless execution and strategic alignment across the organization. You will also be involved in process development to improve how the engineering team delivers on its objectives. Your role will require you to engage with leadership regularly, providing insights and recommendations to drive transformation.
