You are proactive in identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth product launches.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the product operations team within the Mac NPI PM organization, acting as the primary operations interface to the core product development team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of product launches are executed successfully, including ramp availability, security, materials, and staffing. Your leadership will drive the optimization of supply chains to achieve the lowest costs while maintaining high quality and operational flexibility.

You will assess and analyze project risks, consolidating information to communicate status updates to management effectively. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams, including Materials, Quality, and Engineering, to ensure that all necessary plans are in place for a successful launch. You will also be responsible for training and documentation plans at partner locations, ensuring that all stakeholders are prepared for the product rollout.
