You have a strong background in program and project management, with a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization. Your experience includes leading teams and facilitating actions to resolve conflicts, demonstrating your ability to influence and build relationships. You thrive under pressure and are dedicated to maintaining the high standards of quality expected from Apple products.
You are adept at planning and executing new product ramps, working closely with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) operations teams. Your skills in capacity planning and budget management for multi-million dollar factory equipment are essential to your success in this role. You understand the importance of collaboration with planning and materials teams to drive supply according to demand.
What you'll do
As a Sustaining Operations Program Manager, you will lead the OEM operations team in planning and executing new product ramps. Your role will involve driving ramp readiness in collaboration with engineering, operations, and OEM teams.
