What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the Worldwide Product Launch Readiness team, focusing on the operational execution of new product introductions. You will establish and communicate key milestones that define the movement of products from factories to points of sale worldwide. Your responsibilities will include analyzing supply chain models, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous process improvement activities.

You will collaborate with various teams across Apple Operations, Sales, and Engineering to ensure that product launches are executed flawlessly. Your role will involve socializing and debating the Launch Plan of Record, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on key dates and deliverables. You will also document processes and create frameworks that facilitate smooth product introductions.

Your analytical skills will be put to use as you assess product assortment data and supply chain models, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency. You will be a key point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring that communication flows smoothly and that everyone is informed of their responsibilities.
