Who you are
You have over 12 years of program or deployment management experience delivering enterprise or retail technology solutions at scale — you've successfully led large-scale projects and understand the intricacies of managing cross-functional teams. Your deep understanding of loss prevention and security technologies, analytics, and access control allows you to navigate complex challenges effectively.
You excel in operational enablement and have a proven track record of ensuring that deployments are executed with exceptional quality, security, and user experience. Your ability to collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, and regional partners is key to bringing innovative technology solutions to life in stores and facilities around the world.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive global rollouts of next-generation loss prevention technologies across resellers, ensuring that all deployments are executed at scale. You will lead cross-functional planning and execution, working closely with various teams to align on objectives and deliverables.
