What you'll do

In this role, you will product manage the current LGS Operations Document and Contract system portfolio, ensuring that all systems are optimized for efficiency and compliance. You will lead and manage various technology initiatives, driving progress on transformation roadmap initiatives that enhance the overall legal operations framework. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies that improve operational efficiency and mitigate risks associated with legal documentation and contracts.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all legal operations initiatives align with broader organizational goals. This includes working closely with legal counsel, compliance teams, and technology partners to ensure that all systems are integrated and functioning effectively. You will also be responsible for developing playbooks and operating models that guide the implementation of new technologies and processes within the legal operations team.

Your role will require you to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in legal technology, allowing you to make informed decisions that drive innovation within the organization. You will lead efforts to socialize new initiatives and ensure that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the process. Your ability to manage change effectively will be critical as you implement new systems and processes that enhance the legal operations framework.
