What you'll do

In this role, you will product manage the current LGS Operations Document and Contract system portfolio, ensuring that all systems are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. You will lead the development and implementation of an overarching strategy and playbook that guides the team in achieving its objectives. Your responsibilities will include driving progress on transformation roadmap initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that all legal operations initiatives align with regulatory requirements.

You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of document and contract management systems, from initial assessment through implementation and ongoing support. Your role will involve analyzing current processes, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will also oversee the integration of new technologies and practices into existing workflows, ensuring a seamless transition for all team members.

Collaboration will be key in this position, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all initiatives are aligned with broader organizational goals. You will facilitate discussions and workshops to gather input and feedback from stakeholders, ensuring that all voices are heard in the decision-making process. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in driving buy-in and support for new initiatives.
