What you'll do

As the Legal Operations Strategic Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and execution of key Discovery programs within the legal department. This role involves developing strategies that address significant challenges and establishing systems to identify improvements. You will work closely with a team of program managers and legal specialists to refine policies and procedures that enhance operations and allow the team to scale for the future. Your leadership will be crucial in driving results and ensuring that the Discovery team meets its objectives effectively.
