What you'll do

As the Legal Operations Strategic Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and execution of key Discovery programs within the legal department. This role involves developing strategies that address significant challenges and establishing systems to identify improvements. You will define the vision and strategy for the team, ensuring that all programs align with the overall mission of the legal department. Your leadership will guide the team in refining policies and procedures, ultimately improving operations and enabling the team to scale effectively.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that the programs you oversee are successful and impactful. Your role will require you to manage a complex portfolio of programs, each designed to drive results and enhance the efficiency of the legal operations team.
