What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Product Launch Readiness (PLR) team within Apple’s Americas Operations. You will coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of product launches are executed smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring that all deliverables are met according to established timelines.

You will analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that will inform decision-making processes. By leveraging your analytical skills, you will provide actionable recommendations to improve operational performance and enhance the overall customer experience.

Building strong relationships with internal and external partners will be crucial to your success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on objectives and ensure that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the product launch process.

You will also evaluate supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to address potential challenges. Your proactive approach will help mitigate consumer impact and ensure that product availability meets customer expectations.
