What you'll do

As the Engineering Program Specialist (EPS) – Lead, you will manage complex procurement processes for R&D tools and services, ensuring that all activities align with compliance requirements and organizational goals. You will act as a senior liaison between vendors, engineering teams, and finance partners, facilitating communication and collaboration to meet both compliance and engineering needs. Your role will involve mentoring junior team members, providing direction, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
