Who you are

You have a strong background in engineering program management, with experience in managing complex projects across multiple teams. Your technical skills allow you to effectively drive the execution of projects, ensuring that all requirements are met and blockers are resolved. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with CAD, Infrastructure, Design, and Technology teams to craft project plans and align efforts across various initiatives.

You possess excellent organizational skills and are adept at running and tracking project schedules. Your ability to manage both daily tasks and long-term project goals ensures that high-level achievements are consistently met. You are proactive in participating in the early planning stages of new projects, helping to assign ownership and plan for resource metrics.

Desirable

Experience with silicon engineering and CAD design flows is a plus, as is familiarity with data center infrastructure and operations. You are comfortable navigating technical challenges and have a knack for unblocking issues by bringing together the right specialists from different functions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and drive high-level achievements by focusing the CAD team on meeting near-term landmarks. You will be responsible for tracking project schedules and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time. Your role will involve daily project management tasks, as well as long-term planning and resource allocation.
