Your technical skills enable you to effectively drive the execution of projects related to silicon engineering and CAD design flows. You are adept at resolving issues and unblocking technical challenges, ensuring that project milestones are met on time.

You possess excellent organizational skills and can manage schedules and resources efficiently. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CAD, Infrastructure, and Design teams, allows you to create comprehensive project plans that align with organizational goals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating the complexities of technology nodes and data centers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and drive high-level achievements by focusing the CAD team on meeting near-term project landmarks. You will run and track project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed diligently and on time. Your responsibilities will include participating in the early planning of new projects, assigning ownership, and tracking resource metrics to completion.

You will work closely with technical specialists to identify and resolve blockers, ensuring that all requirements are met across multiple parallel projects. Your role will involve daily project management tasks, as well as long-term planning and execution strategies. You will be instrumental in driving the success of the Silicon Engineering CAD organization by aligning team efforts and facilitating communication among stakeholders.
