What you'll do

As an iPhone Hardware Engineering Program Manager, you will lead multi-functional development teams focused on various hardware sub-systems, including flexible printed circuit boards and development boards. You will manage and track engineering development schedules and budgets, ensuring that projects stay on track and within scope. Your role will involve identifying and prioritizing project tasks and risks, driving deliveries, and coordinating with global suppliers to integrate their work into the project timeline. You will communicate project status and the big picture to both the project team and management, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the development process.

You will uphold and contribute to Apple's product development process, playing a key role in delivering some of the world's most successful portable consumer products. Your ability to synchronize project activities with Apple's development process will be essential in maintaining high standards of quality and innovation. You will also be responsible for fostering a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to share ideas and contribute to the project's success.
