You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in operations within a technology environment. You thrive in ambiguous situations and are adept at resolving conflicts and facilitating actions among diverse teams. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that all aspects of product readiness are addressed.
Desirable
Experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus, as is familiarity with product development processes. You may have a background in supply chain management or operations, which would enhance your ability to influence product manufacturability and testability. A passion for technology and innovation is essential, as you will be working on products that revolutionize industries.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the operations readiness for new product introductions, ensuring that critical components for Apple's flagship products are launched successfully. You will collaborate closely with the core product development team and other functional organizations to drive the development and launch processes. Your responsibilities will include leading operations development builds on-site at suppliers and managing the ramp-up of mass production. You will influence product manufacturability and supply chain responsiveness, striving for low costs while maintaining high quality standards. Regular travel of 20-25% may be required to oversee operations at supplier locations.
