You have a strong background in operations management, particularly in technology-focused environments. As a Single Threaded Leader (STL), you possess a deep technical understanding of core technology modules and can influence design and architecture decisions effectively. Your experience allows you to maintain integration between the Core Team and Operations workstreams, ensuring that all teams are aligned towards achieving Operations KPIs.

You excel in collaboration, working closely with R&D, Engineering, Advanced Manufacturing & Test, Business Development, Sourcing, and external supplier teams. Your ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams is crucial for the success of the programs you manage. You are proactive in identifying challenges and opportunities within the operational processes, and you thrive in environments that require both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

What you'll do

As the Operations Program Manager, you will own your program from early architecture through launch, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed smoothly. You will be the primary Operations interface to product development teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to drive project success. Your role will involve influencing key design and architecture decisions to meet operational goals, and you will be responsible for keeping the Core Team integrated with Operations workstreams.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. You will also be expected to report on program status and performance metrics, providing insights that drive continuous improvement in operational processes.
