What you'll do

As the Lead Program Manager, you will oversee a team of program managers dedicated to supporting the SRE organization. Your responsibilities will include defining, prioritizing, and planning the project portfolio that addresses technical and infrastructure needs. You will collaborate closely with the SRE team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet the high standards expected at Apple. This role involves managing a variety of projects, from hardware deployments to data migrations and service outage remediation. You will also be responsible for continuously improving operational methodologies and scaling operations to meet growing demands.

You will engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you present project updates and outcomes to senior leadership. You will also mentor and guide your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
