You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in the realm of public cloud platforms. Your background includes a strong understanding of cloud computing, AI/ML infrastructure, and data platforms — you've successfully collaborated with engineering teams to drive product roadmaps and deliver scalable solutions.
Your expertise extends to cloud security and networking concepts, allowing you to navigate complex technical discussions with ease. You are passionate about building products that enhance customer experiences and have a proven track record of working in large enterprise environments.
You are a strategic problem solver who thrives in collaborative settings, working closely with internal customer teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product features. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart.
Desirable
Experience with multi-cloud strategies and familiarity with various public cloud technologies will be advantageous. A background in AI/ML applications and data management will further enhance your candidacy.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of the product roadmap for Apple's cloud infrastructure, ensuring it meets the needs of various internal teams and external customers. You will collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement scalable cloud services that support Apple's diverse offerings, including Music, TV+, and Sports.
You will engage in user research to gather insights and feedback, using this information to refine product features and enhance user satisfaction. Your responsibilities will also include defining success metrics and conducting A/B testing to validate product decisions.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams, facilitating communication between engineering, design, and customer support to ensure alignment on product goals. You will also be involved in strategic planning sessions, contributing your insights on market trends and competitive analysis to inform product direction.
