Desirable
A PMP certification is desirable, showcasing your project management skills and ability to lead complex initiatives. What you'll do
In this role, you will coordinate with the Finance Transformation team to ensure SOX compliance across various initiatives. You will assist in shaping the future state of financial controller organizations, leveraging technology and process re-engineering to enhance business partnering capabilities. Your responsibilities will include identifying SOX implications as the Finance Transformation team modernizes operational finance functions.
You will evaluate, recommend, and oversee the implementation of new financial technologies and tools aimed at automating operational finance tasks. Your focus will be on improving data quality for financial reporting and business insights, with a strong emphasis on leveraging Gen AI capabilities for reconciliation and anomaly detection.
You will play a critical role in scaling a modern, risk-aligned SOX program, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the finance organization. Your insights and recommendations will help drive strategic initiatives that optimize financial processes and enhance governance.
