What you'll do
As the Finance Transformation Lead, you will spearhead strategic initiatives that aim to modernize and optimize Appleโs finance controller functions. This includes overseeing expense management, annual budget planning, and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future state of our financial controller organizations, ensuring that they align with Appleโs commitment to innovation and efficiency.
You will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement best practices in accounting and close activities, as well as headcount planning and approvals processes. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the finance organization. You will also be responsible for analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization, ultimately supporting Appleโs growth objectives.
