Who you are

You have outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects from design exploration to engineering development and manufacturing. You understand product timelines and can pivot quickly during the iterative design process, ensuring that deadlines for color design decisions and engineering builds are met. Your technical fluency allows you to distill complex information and communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including manufacturing, engineers, and designers.

You are experienced in holding weekly designer reviews and meetings with engineers, adept at moving projects forward delicately when needed. You maintain ownership of hundreds of physical samples and documents crucial for the product development cycle, ensuring that all color palettes are tracked and managed effectively. Your ability to prioritize a great deal of information is key to your success in this role.

What you'll do

As a CMF Engineering Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple color palettes for various products, each with different lead times and release dates. You will juggle project schedules to ensure that all deadlines are met, collaborating closely with internal teams and external vendors. Your role will involve overseeing the entire process from design to manufacturing, ensuring that all color targets and master standards are maintained.

You will work across multiple groups, including product teams and research teams, to ensure that the color design aligns with engineering requirements. Your ability to troubleshoot and ask the right questions will be essential as you collaborate with engineers to resolve any issues that arise during the development process. You will also be responsible for maintaining clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
