You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and various stakeholders. Your ability to lead teams and manage relationships with general contractors and specialty consultants is a testament to your leadership capabilities. What you'll do

As a Senior Construction Project Manager at Apple, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of research and development facilities in the Silicon Valley region. You will coordinate closely with project stakeholders from various teams, including business units, real estate, legal, design, EH&S, energy, construction, network, maintenance, and operations. Your role will involve managing and supporting architects, engineers, specialty consultants, and vendors from the initial programming phase through to construction completion.

You will lead sustainability initiatives, focusing on energy and waste management to minimize Apple's environmental impact. Your expertise will guide the team in ensuring the health and safety of all personnel and customers within Apple’s facilities. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining Apple’s global real estate portfolio, ensuring that all capital construction projects align with the company's strategic goals.
