Who you are
You have a strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of overseeing large-scale projects. Your leadership skills enable you to effectively manage construction teams and ensure that all activities are executed safely and efficiently. You possess a deep understanding of the building process, from initial planning through to project completion and turnover. You are comfortable with a significant amount of travel, as site visits will be required every 3-4 weeks. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at communicating with various stakeholders, including clients and engineering teams.
Desirable
Experience in data center construction or similar large-scale infrastructure projects is a plus. Familiarity with sustainability practices in construction will be beneficial, as Rowan Digital Infrastructure emphasizes efficiency and sustainability in its projects. You are detail-oriented and have a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
What you'll do
