What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of high-impact initiatives within Hardware Engineering's Operations team — your mission is to systematically enable and improve HWE's business and operational outcomes. You will partner closely with stakeholders across functions to align business priorities with operational strategies, ensuring the organization can scale efficiently while improving team performance.

You will lead initiatives at the intersection of business operations and workplace strategy — your focus will be on building systems that scale and optimizing processes. You will use data to drive the right decisions, making a direct impact on Hardware Engineering's ability to operate and develop products efficiently.
