With 5+ years of experience, you have successfully led complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery. You are adept at collaborating with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational improvements and drive measurable outcomes. Your analytical skills allow you to develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and identify areas for continuous improvement. You are a strong communicator, serving as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables. You champion lean principles and operational best practices across the organization, always looking for opportunities to enhance processes.

What you'll do
