Who you are

You have 6+ years of experience in a ServiceNow production support role, supporting large-scale, enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations. Your strong proficiency in ServiceNow administration, development, and customization sets you apart as an expert in the field. You possess expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, or Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Your detailed functional understanding of IT Service Management or HR service delivery (HRSD) or Customer Service Management (CSM) allows you to navigate complex environments effectively.

You are proficient in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript and GlideScript, which enables you to automate repetitive tasks and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your passion for ensuring the reliability and stability of critical systems makes you a highly motivated engineer who thrives in collaborative settings. You enjoy working with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
