Who you are

You have a strong background in analog and mixed signal circuits, with hands-on experience in lab characterization and validation. Your expertise includes working with high-speed SerDes architectures, such as NRZ and PAM, and you possess in-depth knowledge of crucial SerDes blocks like CTLE, DFE, FFE, CDR, and PLLs. You are proficient in using test and measurement equipment, including high-speed oscilloscopes and BERTs, and have a solid understanding of SerDes adaptation techniques. Your analytical skills allow you to effectively analyze SerDes signal integrity and work with high-speed protocols such as USB and PCIe.

You are a problem solver who thrives on challenges and enjoys collaborating with multi-functional teams to launch innovative products. Your debugging skills are top-notch, and you have experience in developing robust test methodologies to evaluate performance. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead efforts to bring up, validate, and characterize high-speed SerDes blocks.
