You have 4 years of experience in incident management for large-scale, customer-facing retail applications, focusing on impact-driven prioritization and timely resolution. Your strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills have been honed in dynamic production environments, allowing you to effectively analyze and resolve issues as they arise. You possess a solid understanding of SRE principles, including monitoring, alerting, error budgets, and fault analysis, which are essential for maintaining system reliability. Your hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools like Splunk and Prometheus enables you to create complex queries and derive insightful metrics that drive operational excellence.
Desirable
Experience with cloud applications and a background in automation solutions would be beneficial. Familiarity with additional monitoring tools and practices can further enhance your contributions to the team.
What you'll do
