Who you are
You have 6+ years of demonstrated expertise in Site Reliability Engineering, Infrastructure Ops, or a DevOps-focused role — you understand the principles of SRE, including monitoring, alerting, error budgets, fault analysis, capacity planning, automation, and toil reduction. Your proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Go, or Java, allows you to effectively contribute to the development of tools and systems that support large-scale operations.
Your strong Linux and systems expertise enables you to manage and scale distributed systems in various cloud environments, whether public, private, or hybrid. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with partner teams to deliver optimal results while balancing the need for efficiency and effectiveness in engineering challenges.
What you'll do
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Apple, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of services relied upon across the company. You will design and build tools that support the iCloud content system, ensuring high operational precision and reliability.
