You possess strong leadership skills and have a track record of establishing and executing strategies within a technical team. What you'll do

As a Machine Learning Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the ML Data Ops team at Apple. You will establish and execute the strategy for the organization’s ML data engine, ensuring the quality and scalability of datasets that power intelligent algorithms across various Apple products. You will collaborate closely with R&D teams to drive numerous features and improvements in data operations. Your role will involve overseeing the acquisition, synthesis, and annotation of ML data, as well as ensuring its quality for training and evaluating models.

You will lead efforts to continuously improve complex ML data pipelines and data infrastructure, working with both small targeted datasets and large petabyte-scale datasets. You will mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence in data engineering practices. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the development of AI-centric features that enhance user experiences across Apple’s product ecosystem.
