Your strong technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering allows you to effectively manage complex projects and communicate cross-functional issues and risks. You are familiar with product development cycles and have a detailed understanding of manufacturing processes, which enables you to set up project schedules and work breakdown structures efficiently.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to maintain good relationships with individual contributors and executive management alike. Your experience working with contract manufacturers (CM) partners has equipped you with the knowledge to navigate the complexities of system integration and facilitate feedback through internal design review processes. You are detail-oriented and can set and communicate clear objectives for build schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.

Desirable

A Master's degree in Engineering is a plus, as is experience in leading multi-functional engineering team meetings. You have a proven track record of managing product prototype builds and are comfortable collaborating with electrical, software, and mechanical engineers to achieve project goals.

What you'll do

As a System Engineering Program Manager, you will lead a broad cross-functional team in developing Watch projects.
