You have over 5 years of experience as a technical software Project or Program Manager, where you've successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with software engineers, hardware teams, and design professionals, ensuring that all aspects of a project are aligned and executed seamlessly. You thrive in environments that require problem-solving and adaptability, and you have a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
Your ability to think strategically and manage multiple priorities is complemented by your technical background, allowing you to understand the intricacies of software development and engineering processes. You are passionate about technology and have a keen interest in camera and photos technology, which drives your commitment to delivering high-quality products that enhance user experiences. What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with software engineers and managers from the Software Engineering team to define, schedule, and track the team's work on groundbreaking Camera and Photos technology. You will act as the central hub, coordinating efforts across various teams, including Software, Hardware, and Design, to ensure successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include developing project plans, setting timelines, and monitoring progress to meet project milestones.
You will facilitate communication between teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned on goals and expectations. Your role will also involve identifying potential risks and challenges, proactively addressing them to keep projects on track. You will leverage your technical expertise to provide insights and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, helping teams navigate complex technical challenges.
