What you'll do

As a Technical Trainer at Apple, you will design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs for engineers across the Software Engineering organization. You will collaborate with engineering leaders to assess learning needs and create tailored training solutions that address those needs. Your role will involve leading training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure that engineers are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in their roles.

You will blend your engineering expertise with instructional design principles to create engaging and effective training materials. This includes developing hands-on exercises, assessments, and resources that facilitate learning and retention. You will also gather feedback from participants to continuously improve the training programs and ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization.

In addition to training delivery, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of learning within the organization. You will collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to share best practices and develop a cohesive training strategy that aligns with Apple's goals.
