Who you are

You have a strong background in wireless communication systems, particularly with WiFi, and you bring at least 10 years of relevant industry experience to the table. Your programming skills in Python, Shell scripting, and C/C++/C# are well-honed, allowing you to create effective test automation solutions. You possess a deep understanding of key performance indicators and impairments in RF and baseband domains, which is crucial for this role.

Your educational background includes a BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, and you may hold an advanced degree such as a Master's or Ph.D. You are passionate about pushing the limits of technology and thrive in environments where you can tackle big challenges.

What you'll do

As part of the Wireless Systems Design Validation Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that cutting-edge wireless and PHY systems meet rigorous performance standards. You will drive test automation and validation methodologies that accelerate product development while maintaining exceptional quality. Your role will involve creating test infrastructure that directly impacts the success of next-generation wireless technologies.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to validate wireless systems and ensure they meet critical parameters, including Power Accuracy, Spurs, EVM, Sensitivity, Desense, RF/Baseband Performance, MIMO, and Coexistence. Your contributions will help shape the future of wireless connectivity, ensuring that customers can connect seamlessly with their devices.
