Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant industry experience in wireless communication systems. Your programming skills in Python, C++, and C# allow you to create effective test automation solutions. You possess a deep understanding of key performance indicators and impairments in RF and baseband domains, which is crucial for this role.

Hands-on experience testing wireless silicon in laboratory environments is part of your background, and you are proficient with RF test equipment. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to take on big challenges, pushing the limits of what’s considered feasible in wireless technology.

Desirable

An advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering is preferred, ideally a Master's or Ph.D. Your expertise in wireless communication systems and test automation methodologies will set you apart as a candidate.

What you'll do

As part of the Wireless Systems Design Validation Team, you will ensure that cutting-edge wireless and PHY systems meet rigorous performance standards. You will be responsible for driving test automation and validation methodologies that accelerate product development while maintaining exceptional quality. Your role will involve creating test infrastructure that directly impacts the success of next-generation wireless technologies.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to validate performance across critical parameters, including Power Accuracy, Spurs, EVM, Sensitivity, Desense, RF/Baseband Performance, MIMO, and Coexistence. Your contributions will help ensure that nothing stands in the way of customers’ connections with their devices.
