Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant industry experience, showcasing your expertise in integrating complex systems. Your background includes working with embedded firmware and a strong understanding of wireless technologies, particularly in the context of radio transceivers and SoC design. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and push the boundaries of technology.

Your experience includes a deep understanding of RF/Analog architecture and design, as well as VLSI/RTL design and integration. You are well-versed in design verification processes and have a solid foundation in firmware engineering, enabling you to contribute effectively to the development of sophisticated wireless solutions. You are passionate about transforming hardware elements into integrated designs that enhance user experiences.

What you'll do

As a Timing Radio Integration Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the radio team, focusing on integrating and bringing next-generation wireless SoCs into high-volume production. You will work with sophisticated CMOS technology nodes, ensuring that Apple’s groundbreaking wireless connectivity solutions are seamlessly integrated into products. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various engineering disciplines to validate and optimize designs, ensuring that they meet performance and reliability standards.

You will be at the center of the wireless SoC design group, contributing to the architecture and development of radio transceivers. Your work will involve coordinating with teams across RF/Analog architecture, Systems/PHY/MAC architecture, and firmware/software engineering to deliver high-performance solutions. You will also be responsible for testing and validating designs, ensuring that they meet Apple's high standards for quality and innovation.
