Wifi Connectivity Validation Engineer • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant industry experience, demonstrating a strong knowledge of wireless communication systems and IEEE 802.11 standards including a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be. Your programming skills in Python, Shell scripting, Perl, JavaScript, and/or C# are well-honed, allowing you to tackle complex technical challenges effectively.

You possess hands-on experience testing and validating WiFi systems in laboratory environments, showcasing your ability to ensure that advanced wireless and PHY systems meet stringent design specifications. Your analytical mindset enables you to push the limits of what’s considered feasible in wireless connectivity.

What you'll do

As part of the Wireless Systems Design Validation Team, you will be responsible for validating wireless connectivity solutions that impact the quality and reliability of next-generation wireless technologies. You will collaborate with industry-leading engineers to address complex technical challenges and ensure optimal performance across critical functionalities such as Throughput, RvR, MIMO, OFDMA, Beamforming, and Coexistence.

Your role will involve conducting rigorous testing and validation processes, analyzing results, and providing feedback to improve system performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive integration efforts and contribute to the development of groundbreaking wireless connectivity solutions that connect customers to their devices like never before.
