Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant industry experience. You possess strong knowledge of wireless communication systems, particularly in WiFi, and have experience with cellular technologies as a plus. Your programming skills in Python, Shell scripting, C++, or C# enable you to tackle complex technical challenges effectively.
You have a deep understanding of key performance indicators and signal impairments in RF and baseband domains. Your hands-on experience with silicon bring-up and wireless system testing equips you to ensure that systems meet rigorous performance standards. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with talented engineers to push the limits of wireless connectivity.
What you'll do
As a Wireless Systems Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for validating cutting-edge wireless and PHY systems across critical parameters, including Power Accuracy, Spurs, EVM, Sensitivity, Desense, RF/Baseband Performance, MIMO, and Coexistence. You will operate at the intersection of silicon development and system deployment, where your rigorous validation will determine the success of innovative wireless technologies.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the wireless systems meet the highest performance standards. Your role will involve designing and executing test plans, analyzing data, and providing feedback to improve system performance. You will also contribute to the development of new testing methodologies and tools to enhance the validation process.
