Who you are
You have a strong foundation in computer science, ideally with a B.Sc. in the field, and possess experience in building scalable data pipelines. You thrive in solving complex problems and have a knack for optimizing processes to ensure data accuracy and performance across massive datasets. Your technical depth is complemented by your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and client-side teams.
You are experienced in using Apache Spark for data processing and have a solid understanding of Python and SQL. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you enjoy the challenge of developing client-facing features that enhance user experience. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of meeting strict client SLAs, ensuring that every millisecond of data freshness matters.
Desirable
Experience with big data technologies and frameworks is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud platforms. You are curious and eager to learn, always looking for ways to innovate and improve existing processes. What you'll do
In this role, you will design and implement high-scale product features for AppsFlyerโs premium clients, taking ownership from architecture to production deployment. You will optimize scalable data pipelines and distributed processes to meet strict client SLAs, ensuring uncompromising data accuracy and performance. Your work will involve strategic collaboration with upstream data providers and client-side teams to transform raw events into production-grade features.
You will be responsible for writing high-performance code and optimizing your Spark processes for client freshness. Your role will not only involve building internal pipelines but also developing the actual product that clients interact with. You will ensure system integrity and work closely with product managers to align features with client needs. Your contributions will directly impact the success of AppsFlyerโs data-driven marketing platform.
