Overview

AppsFlyer is hiring a Salary Controller to lead end-to-end payroll operations for a global workforce. This role requires expertise in payroll processes and compliance, focusing on managing complex payroll cases.

Job Description

Who you are

You have extensive experience in payroll operations, with a strong focus on compliance and labor law. You understand the intricacies of managing payroll for a large workforce and are adept at handling complex payroll cases, including terminations and relocations. Your ability to work closely with various stakeholders across the business is a key strength, allowing you to navigate the challenges of a fast-changing environment effectively.

You are detail-oriented and possess a deep understanding of payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all aspects of payroll management. Your analytical skills enable you to maintain and validate payroll master data across the employee lifecycle, ensuring data integrity across systems. You thrive in collaborative settings, partnering with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to drive process improvements and compliance topics.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and analyze end-to-end payroll processes for over 700 employees, ensuring that all payroll activities are executed accurately and in compliance with global standards. You will manage complex payroll cases, including special benefits and corrections, while leading payroll activities for month-end and quarter-end close. Your responsibilities will include conducting reconciliations, variance analysis, and supporting payroll journal entries and GL reporting.

You will also play a crucial role in supporting internal and external audits, ensuring that all documentation, controls, and payroll reports are audit-ready. By collaborating closely with various departments and external vendors, you will help streamline payroll operations and enhance compliance measures.
