Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience designing digital products end-to-end — you've successfully navigated the complexities of B2B environments and have a strong portfolio showcasing your UX thinking and refined UI execution. Your proficiency in Figma allows you to create intuitive, user-centered designs that resonate with users. You possess strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with product managers, engineers, analysts, and fellow designers.
Desirable
Experience with design systems is a plus, as you understand the importance of consistency and scalability in product design. You are curious and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve your designs and processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take full ownership of the design process — from uncovering user needs and surfacing hidden opportunities to ideating, prototyping, and designing visually polished solutions. You will lead end-to-end product design, creating intuitive user experiences in a data-rich B2B environment. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will facilitate design reviews and usability tests, ensuring continuous iteration and improvement of the product. Additionally, you will contribute to the Design System and help foster a strong design culture within the organization.
What we offer
At AppsFlyer, you will be part of a global SaaS company that values curiosity, diversity, and innovation. You will have the opportunity to work with leading brands and contribute to a platform that processes billions of events daily. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement — your unique perspective could be the key to our success.
