You are comfortable working in a small team where your design decisions have a direct impact on the product and customer satisfaction. You prioritize speed and impact over extensive analysis, allowing you to deliver high-quality designs quickly. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, ensures that your designs are not only visually appealing but also technically feasible.

What you'll do
