Who you are

You are an experienced knowledge professional with a strong background in technical writing leadership and knowledge management. You excel in creating and optimizing AI-powered content operations, ensuring that self-service content becomes a strategic growth lever for the company. Your leadership skills enable you to guide a team of technical product marketing managers, fostering a culture of empathy, clarity, and operational excellence.

You have a proven track record of developing clear processes and expectations that promote growth, autonomy, and accountability within your team. Your editorial oversight ensures high-quality content, and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and contribute hands-on writing for critical content when necessary. You understand the importance of aligning content strategies with customer needs and business goals.

What you'll do

As the Product Knowledge Team Lead, you will oversee the Knowledge Base and lead the strategy for the growing Community Forum. Your role involves designing, implementing, and continuously optimizing AI-driven content creation workflows. You will collaborate with knowledge solutions and technology specialists to define prompt structures, standard operating procedures, and operational guidelines for AI-assisted content.

You will coach and develop your team, setting clear expectations and development paths that encourage professional growth. Your responsibilities will include providing editorial oversight and quality assurance, ensuring that all content meets the highest standards. You will also work closely with internal AI talents to leverage their expertise in enhancing content operations.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in AppsFlyer's mission to help customers and prospects independently find solutions and deepen adoption across the product suite.
