Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in product support, ideally with experience in business intelligence or planning software. As a leader, you excel in mentoring and enabling your team to provide exceptional service to customers and partners. You possess a solid understanding of SQL, HTML, and CSS, and have dabbled in APIs or data integrations, which will help you guide your team effectively. Any financial qualifications, such as Payroll, Accounting, or Financial Risk Management, will be highly beneficial in this role. You are also open to learning and adapting to new technologies and processes, ensuring your team stays ahead in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of Product Support Specialists, focusing on enabling them to derive maximum value from Pigment's platform. You will oversee various support areas, including bug reproduction and modeling advice, while also collaborating with the engineering team on DevOps tasks such as database migrations and SSO configuration. Your leadership will be crucial in setting the standard for customer service excellence, ensuring that your team is equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. You will also be responsible for developing training programs and resources that enhance your team's capabilities and improve overall service delivery.
